The child lies on an open air cushion: Excess heat is absorbed and dissipated by the mattress. This means there is always enough air to breathe, even if the child turns on its stomach. • highly effective cleaning The mattress cover can be easily removed using the all-round zip. It can be washed hygienically at 60°C. You can even pour boiling water over the foam to quickly and effectively eliminate all bacteria. You can use it for cleaning and disinfecting without any use of chemical aids. • ÖKO-TEX 100 product class 1 - suitability for babies All the materials in our Kibalú mattresses meet the very highest standards and totally skin-friendly.

Easy cleaning of our high-tech baby mattresses

The cover of our Kibalú mattress is easily removable and hygienically washable at 60°C. The surface of the cover fabric consists of 100% Lyofill TENCEL®. This high-tech natural fiber is currently the most modern and skin-friendly material. When it comes to hygiene, we focus on safety: the “Dryfeel” mattress foam is inherently antibacterial. This hygiene highlight is possible because “Dryfeel” does not absorb any moisture in which bacteria can easily develop. It is also not airtight: This allows air and heat to circulate and the result is an extremely pleasant, dry sleeping and “feel-good” climate. Boiling water can be poured over the foam to quickly and effectively eliminate all bacteria.
